Job Description

On behalf of one of our client, a fast growing CySEC Licensed Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are looking for Trading Platform Admin with at least 2 years of experience.

This is a great opportunity to work in a growing FX Trading company, with an amazing working environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Full administration of company FX Trading Platforms

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for company FX trading applications internally and externally to clients and 3rd party vendors.

• Create and maintain full documentation for relevant systems

• Perform routine audits of trading platform systems and software

• Perform periodic health and performance checks of all trading platforms and systems

• Handle acceptance testing for application evolutions

• Handle client and liquidity on-boarding

• Provide training and guidance for junior staff

Requirements:

• Resident in Cyprus and have fluent verbal and written English

• IT Degree (or some directly related experience)

• Experience in Windows system maintenance and scripting

• Experience working with retail FX bridge technologies

• Previous experience in a financial Application Support role (specifically MT4/MT5 trading) essential

• Experience in FXI API and in MT4 bridge essential

• Experience with MT5 highly desirable

• Experience in DB Administration or SQL based reporting highly desirable

Knowledge and Skills:

• Good working knowledge of Windows O.S.

• Excellent documentation skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Scripting/programming skills a definite advantage

• Knowledge and understanding of financial market concepts

• Good understanding of SQL and proficiency in the administration of relational database a definite advantage

Personal Skills:

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment

• Interpersonal – ability to work cross-departmentally

    Job Description

    • Ensure Company’s compliance with local and European regulations on everyday basis.
    • Be up to date with all applicable regulatory materials, such as directives, regulations, any circulars, or similar regulatory documents
    • Prepare and update existing policies and procedures of the Company.
    • Prepare annual regulatory compliance reports
    • Ensure full and timely regulatory reporting (periodic and ad-hoc)
    • Liaise with internal/external auditors and CySec on any compliance related matters
    • Provide periodic training to company employees relating to regulatory matters
    • Take part in all regulatory and compliance related discussions internally and externally
    • Closely cooperate with Company’s AML officer to ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations.

    Required Skills & Experience

    1. Have at least 2 years’ experience in financial companies out of which at least 1 years in Compliance roles
    2. Legal background may be considered as an advantage but not a must
    3. Have advanced knowledge of CySec’s and European laws and regulations applicable to the Company
    4. Be a university graduate or have a professional qualification in the financial or legal field
    5. Have CySec Advanced and AML Certificates
    6. Be fluent in business English and Greek
